What we collect

Account data: your name, email address and sign-in records.

Business data you enter: shop name, city, state and time zone; designs, recipes, retail prices and the stem prices you enter from your wholesaler invoices; holiday quantities, recap counts (bought, sold, thrown out) and the wire orders you log; your wholesaler's name and email address, if you choose to email them a buy list.

Billing: handled by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. We never see or store your card number; we receive your subscription status and a Paddle customer ID.

Basic usage logs (pages visited, errors) to keep the product working.

How we use it

Only to run StemTally: showing your dashboard, sending the reminders you configure, sign-in links and billing notices. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who processes it

Infrastructure providers that host and deliver the service: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Resend (email) and Paddle (payments). Each processes data only on our instructions.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is open. Delete your account from Settings and we erase your business data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax purposes.

Your rights

You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@tenpennyhq.com.

Emails to your wholesaler

When you email a buy list, we send it from our address with your email as reply-to. It contains quantities only, not your prices, and a link to a PDF copy that can't be guessed.

Free calculator

The calculator on our home page stores a one-way hash of your IP address, how many designs you entered and the total rose stems, only to limit abuse (60 estimates an hour).
