Who we are

StemTally (https://stemtally.tenpennyhq.com) is software operated by Enes Bulanık, trading as Tenpenny ("we", "us"). It helps independent florists plan holidays: it turns a holiday menu and expected quantities into a prebook buy list in wholesaler bunches, computes each design's cost of goods and margin, checks incoming wire and order-gatherer orders, and prints production sheets and post-holiday recaps.

We are a private company. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with any regulator named in the product. Official sources are linked wherever we cite a rule.

Orders and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; access continues until the end of the period you paid for.

Free trial

New accounts get a 14-day free trial without a card. When it ends, the account becomes read-only until you subscribe. We never charge you without you starting a checkout.

Your responsibilities

Deadlines, rules and calculations in StemTally are provided to help you stay organized. They are not legal, tax or professional advice. You remain responsible for your filings, licenses and business decisions, and should confirm important dates with the official source.

Don't use the service for anything unlawful, to send spam, or to upload data you have no right to share.

Your data

You own the data you put into StemTally. You can export it or delete your account at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

If we change these terms materially, we'll email account owners at least 14 days before the change takes effect.

Holiday Pass

The Holiday Pass is a one-time purchase that gives 60 days of full access from the date of payment. It does not renew and is not a subscription. When it ends, the account becomes read-only (view and export) unless you buy another pass or a plan.

Estimates and reference prices

StemTally's defaults (prebook share, waste buffers, COGS target, wire-service presets, holiday multiplier) are industry starting points from published sources, not facts about your business. Reference prices come from a public USDA Market News report and are a market index — wholesale invoice prices are higher. Check every quantity and price with your wholesaler before you order.

StemTally does not connect to wire services, order gatherers or your POS, and makes no claims about any third party.
